A puppy may be susceptible to an autoimmune reaction if given a combination of vaccines with modified live viruses. The pup may tolerate the initial vaccine, but experience difficulties of the immune system with subsequent shots. It is most prevalent in Weimaraner puppies.

Autoimmune reaction is the body not recognizing its own healthy tissue and therefore believing it is a foreign antigen such as a virus. Believing it to be a virus etc. causes the body to attack it. It can be a very serious condition and you should consult your vet.

It is a small alergic reaction, many times it is scary but not life threatening. If you dog is throwing up or acting lethergic try and keep it hydrated and give some nutrical to ensure their blood sugar does not crash.
