Most wrestlers do not wrestle for a salary. Most wrestlers in the independent circuit have other jobs but would wrestle part time and would be paid per show based on how well the wrestling show does. Unfortunately many independent wrestling promoters are known for shafting the wrestlers and in many cases wrestlers are not paid.

It depends on where are you working. If you are wrestling in a company like the WWE you'll get a salary according to your importance for the media. An average wrestling salary must be around 2000 and 3000 dollars per month in a decent company.

If you start in an independent promotion, you could make $25 per night while you wait for WWE to call.

It completely ranges (depending the organization you are in). Some low-mid level wrestlers literally only make between $50-$100 a night, where some of the WWE wrestlers range from $100,000 to $1,000,000.

If it is in the independent circuit it really depends on how many tickets are sold during and before the show.

Wrestlers salaries completely depend on where you are on the food chain. Low level wrestlers earn around $50 a match, while the WWE superstars earn anywhere between $75,000-$3,000,000 a year.

Your salary will depend on what type of wrestling you do. If you go into olypmic wrestling there isn't much to be made unless you go all the way for the gold. Professional wrestling pays more.

This varies wildly. The biggest stars make millions. Very few people get to be stars, however. Most "professional" wrestlers do not even make enough to pay their expenses. This is as realistic a career choice as being a player in the NBA.
