It could be a caddisfly or even a millipede. It is hard to tell without a bit more information. It may also be a larvae of a bug that has not yet developed, or it could be a grub from the lawn. It could also be a dipteran larvae or even a sow bug.
Well, its an insect. Insects have 6 legs. worm like? thats interesting. You could be explaining a weavel. weavels can get into your flour and other baking supplies to eat it and they are pretty much like worms with legs. If it has more than 6 legs it could be a centipede.

Okay so I found these little bugs and they look like worms/cattapillers and it is kinda think it's really creepy if anyone has any ideas pleas say something add a comment
I've, too, found two in my room and one in my kitchen and i'm getting a little worried. They flop around like worms, and I found one with pinchers near one of the ends. Finding out what they are could really help me.
Little brown/Grey worm like caterpillars. They have quite distinct black heads and they have 6 legs at the front. These are tiny weeny Grey or brown caterpillar or worm type.

I have a feeling that it is a "moth" my sister did research and we think it's a moth, she read that if you check "all" kitchen food and wipe everything down and if you have dog/cats that go outside then they might be the problem, truc to clean them add a comment
