"Blessed Be" is supposed to be sincere; it's a blessing used as a parting and intended to keep someone happy until such a time as you meet again.

There aren't many true Wiccan blessings because as a tradition it is too young. If you want a Sincere blessing, it should come from your own heart, not someone else's head.

What is the blessing for? Wiccan tradition has blessings for everything from birth to death. The simplest is probably just "Blessed Be".
