chop an onion and fry with gound beef and olive oil. pour some red wine, let evaporate. then pour tomato puree, salt, sugar and rosemary. simmer until thick.
Bolognese sauce is basically a red sauce with cream included. To make from scratch, brown 1 lb meat, add onion, garlic, celery. Then add two cans of tomatoes, one can tomato paste, 1 teaspoon sugar and oregano, basil, pepper and salt to taste. Simmer. Add 3/4 cup cream.
