You can usually find these at a home repair store for a reasonable price. Depending on your model the cost will vary but anything over one hundred dollars and I would say you are getting ripped off. When you install make sure to follow all the necessary safety information on the package.

basboard covers for hot waters have to be purchased separately. They can be expensive. It can cost you an extra one hundre dollars to purchase a nice one. I do not know what it does not come as one set. I would try to get a deal on one when buying the heater instead of waiting until later.

I would think that you could get a baseboard cover for between $20 - $30 at any hardware or home improvement store.

First, you should never cover any heating source with anything. If the reference is to the construction of the heater itself, you should never deviate from the manufacturer's design. The manufacturer has predetermined the best design.

There are many factors that are relevant to this question. While you can find this part used, using an old/salvaged part isn't recommended despite the cheaper price. For a newer model, your best bet is to try a larger company such as Menards or Home Depot; they don't usually price their items too high.

It could vary from 150 to 500 depending on its size. If it does not bother you, you may find a used one which might cost you less and work well. Invest some time researching in different stores and the stores' credibility.
