As far as I know, a Power Seller is an eBay seller with a certain level of succesfull sales, and for which he or she have received positive reviews. Basically, you can buy with your eyes closed from a Power Seller, it's a person you can trust completely on eBay!

A power Seller is the term used by Ebay for sellers that have been invited to participate in the Powersellers program. They are invited after having a large amount of gross trading volume and having a high amount of positive feedback.

A Powerseller (on eBay at least) is someone who sells on eBay as a business. To qualify as a powerseller, they need to sell a certain amount of merchandise within a set time period, and also to have a certain level of customer service, as reflected in a good average feedback score.

Its an ebay term for a seller that does a lot of business on ebay. I look at is as this seller is more reliable because of the amount of business they conduct from day to day.
