Goldfish are very congregated & peacefull fish that are elegant & beautifull to look at. Goldfish are very peaceful & easy going by nature & always a family favorite for households.

Cherry barbs are peaceful fish when in schools. Sometimes males can be a little bit aggressive but tend to be more calm when they are in a school. It's recommended that the fish are in a school of at least 4 so they don't pick on other fish.

I had neon tetras and zebra fish that schooled and stayed out of trouble. Both types of fish were a nice addition to my tank. My tank was only 15 gallons and handled the fish well.

Almost every type of danio, tetra, and barb will school. A few of the barb species will nip fins of other fish, but they are generally peaceful.
