Pulses vary from person to person, but the range for a normal adult is usually somewhere between 60 and 100 beats per minute at rest. If your pulse remains consistent, it is most likely just fine.

I would say the average human's heart rate is 65 bpm or so. If you are out of shape or have bad cholesterol, your resting heart can be 80.
