The best remedy I know is 1/2 tsp organic apple cider vinegar with 1/2 tsp water. You can put this in an eyedropper and put directly in the cats mouth. Or it can be mixed with wet cat food. You should notice an improvement in the cat almost immediately. Continue this treatment for 1 week.

Urinary tract infections can be treated with cranberry juice to acidify the urine. Encourage your cat to drink lots of filtered water to flush the kidneys. Avoid processed foods and chemicals. Boost your cats immune system and strengthen the bladder walls with Vitamin C. Cantharsis can be given to your cat to relieve pain.

Cats, like humans, need LOTS of water is they have a urinary tract infection. You can also give them a diluted solution of cranberry juice or put a bit of cranberry juice in their wet food. Be sure to take them off of dry food for the duration of their infection.

There are no safe ones. If you care about your cat, go to a vet. Vets can prescribe safe antibiotics, use catheters for blockages, or check for tumours: you cannot.
