What is a healthy option in a Burger King breakfast?

I have to eat breakfast there quite often.

A healthy option for Burger King Breakfast is having a couple of side items like their french toast sticks or hash browns. The breakfast sandwiches like Egg & Cheese CROISSAN'WICH is only 300 calories and is a healthy choice as well. Don't go for the double CROISSAN'WICH or anything with meat because that adds on calories and fat.

if burger king offers cereal that would be your best bet. nothing there is really healthy. check out the nutrition facts and see which has the least amount of fat calories etc. if it was me i would say find somewhere else to eat breakfast, somewhere that specializes in breakfast and is a little bit healthier
