Cedar chips are wonderful for your flower garden. Just plant your flowers as you normally would and put down any fertilizer that you want to use. Spread a layer of the cedar chips over the dirt. Make sure it's thick enough to cover the ground. You don't want to see dirt. The chips help retain water for the flowers.

Use cedar chips for stuffing sachets or include a few along with the filling for any thing that will be kept in a musty area or to prevent bugs.

I have used ceder chips as a walkway and a drive way maker. I have also burned them while grilling to get a wood flavor to my meat. You can also use them in kids playgrounds.
