Soft and Beautiful is a texturizing/relaxer that is well thought of in the "Beauty Community" Any good product will warn you that texturizing is a type of relaxing and that you should not treat your hair with both at the same time. Make sure you consult with a stylist who understands your hair type before you use any new product.

I found the mizani is the best for me. I have real thick hair that gets all wavey and every time I add this to my hair it just strightens it right up. I like the way it looks and feels so if your hair is thick that is the one for you Mizani

Well you can use any of the John Freida products for your hair. They are actually very good and they work very well. If you want to just basically use something cheap then use some Fructis conditioner. It will relax your hair in no time and also use a blow dryer.

Anything from the Dark and Lovely line is a good relaxer. They also make texturizers but I think that the Soft and Beautiful texturizers work best so try a Dark and lovely relaxer and a Soft and Beautiful texturizer combined to achieve the best results. Follow the directions carefully though.

There are so many brands of relax out there and no two people will agree who is the best. Some good drug store brand would be optimum, Organic root stimulator, and dark and lovely. A mild relaxer can be used as a texturizer when necessary. Soft and beautiful makes one for women also.

A relaxer is a hard treatment, commonly used on very coarse hair. A relaxer purpose is to smooth out unruly hair and give it texture.
