What is a good Scotch whiskey?

Well there are a lot of decently priced Scotchs out there on the market. something like Glenfiddich or Chivas Regal are pretty good but don't cost too much.

Johnnie Walker Black Label is regarded as one of the best mid-range scotch blends. It is a blend of about 40 whiskies, aged at least 12 years. It contains 40% alcohol by volume, 80 proof, and will severely mess you up. No joke. Once opened, the bottle will last approximately three hours.

There are many good Scotches that you can get for a reasonable price (less than $50 per bottle). Glenmorangie is a good choice, as is MacAllan.
