Can you give me a recipe for artichoke-spinach dip?

I had it in a restaurant recently. Someone told me it's easy to make.

•1 cup spinach •11/2 cups chopped artichoke hearts •6 ounces cream cheese •1/4 cup sour cream •1/4 cup mayonnaise •1/3 cup grated Parmesan Boil spinach and artichokes in 1 cup of water until tender, drain. Heat cream cheese in microwave for 1 minute until soft. Stir in rest of ingredients.

Mix three different types of cheese (it's best is one is Parmesan and one cream cheese, the third of your choice) with mayonnaise, garlic and basil. Add the spinach and artichoke hearts and stir gently (not in a blender!). Put a bit of mozzarella on top, and bake for about 30 minutes in a preheated oven.

Throw the following into a blender: Canned artichokes, frozen spinach (small handful), cream cream, some fresh coriander and a fresh chilli. Blend till creamy adding a splash of olive oil

I boil 3 artichoke's,once done peel them,then put them in my processer,1 bag frozen spinach,2 containers of cream cheese,1 table spoon garlic. Mix all together. So very yummy!
