Just what it sounds like, 3D Instant Messaging. I would be careful though because until it hits a mainstream place like MSN, AOl, etc. you might pay for it.

3D IM is working with images in three dimensions. It is like giving a two dimensional (flat image) depth. Many chat rooms are adding this concept in the form of avetars that can be "built" according to your design. It makes online communcation appear more real.
