When should you be getting your period after a D&C?

On average, it takes about two weeks to get it again. Although, each woman is different. Your hormone levels have to be back in in sync first.

It can take several months before your cycles are regular again. It all depends on when your body is ovulating, which can be measured with over the counter tests.

After a D&C you should get your period within six to eight weeks. It is going to take your body time to get back on track and undderstand what has occured. Also you should start counting the weeks after your bleeding from the D&C stopped and not from the D&C date.

Your menstural cycle starts the same way as earlier you had. few takes 30 days, some 28 days and 21 or 20 days. Anyway it would be corrected after the basic occurence.
