You should take it to a veterinary, a cat peeing everywhere may have a bladder infection, it also may be having some trouble telling his smell apart from other cats, hence the need to "mark" his territory everywhere. The throwing up can be normal but it should be checked by a professional too.

The cat is probably ill; you want to take him or her to the vet. Or at least try changing his or her food and change the litter often as possible.
