In the State of Wisconsin, your second DUI will result in a short jail sentence, a pretty hefty fine, and your driver's license will be revoked for a period of time. You will also be referred for an alcohol assessment.
In most states, you get your licensed suspended and have to pay fines. A lot of states actually give you jail time. Some could even give you community service and/or rehab counseling.
