It's possible if the Coast Guard will issue you a waiver which is possible if the offense was at least a year old and no property or damage was done.

You should be able to. It will depend on what type of job you want in the Coast Guard. You may also need to get a waiver and do some training or classes on it.

It's always best to talk to a recruiter. Chances are having one from a long time ago it will be accepted.

As long as you have resolved any legal issues regarding it, you should be fine. You should still go talk to a recruiter first, and be prepared with all your information so you can answer any questions they have for you. You may also have to provide references that you don't currenlty have a drinking problem.
