What food is the best source of calcium?

My doctor says I need more calcium.

While milk is a fantastic and well-known source of calcium, there are other foods that provide it. Try leafy greens (such as collards, kale and bok choy), broccoli, beans, and tofu.

The strongest form of calcium is milk! You can also get it through other dairy items such as yogurt or cottage cheese. Dont forget about calcium tablets too!

The best sources of calcium are milk and dairy products. Also high in calcium is tinned fish - such as sardines or salmon. Soy beans, leafy green vegetables and calcium rich orange juice are good sources also.

Your dairy products such as milk, cheese, yogurt, cottage cheese, ice cream are good sources of calcium. Spinach is a great source of Calcium also, oranges, almonds, black eyed peas, green peas,trail mix these are some of the foods that you can eat to get more sources of calcium than just the dairy products.
