What are some high calcium foods?

My doctor tells me I need more calcium.

You need to drink milk and eat dairy products such as yoghurts and cheese. Spinach and broccoli are a good source too.

High calcium foods would be yogurt,milk,calcium fortified orange juice,calcium fortified cereals,Cottage cheese,ice cream,cheese.All of the milk products have the highest calcium.
