Exercise designed to produce fast, powerful movements that will increase how well the nervous system interacts with muscles, increasing coordination and strength. It involves fast, sudden thrusts of the body.

Pylometrics is an exercise targeted specifically toward athletes in order to help them have better muscle control. you will do a lot of strength training for every muscle of your body in order to be a better athlete, it uses general equipment such as dumbbells, body weight and resistance bands.

Plyometrics is exercise where a loading of a muscle occurs directly before that same muscle is contracted. It is used for helping muscles develop the ability to produce strong, fast movements. One example would be hopping over hurdles.

It's when a muscle is stretched before it's contracted. There are a series of exercises for different muscles, it's supposed to give you more power and make you quicker.
