How can I increase the height of my vertical jump?

I need suggestions for exercises.

You are going to want to do powerful exercises and plyometrics. Squat jumps are an excellent choice for the powerful exercises. Box jumps will help you in the plyometric department. Also, practicing your vertical jump will help you increase it

Basically, if you want to get better at something, do more of it. Jump, and jump a lot. Jump as high as you can as many times as you can. Nothing else will really do. Doing heavy free weight squats and weighted jumps can help as well, but nothing beats doing a lot of jumping.

The best way to increase your vertical is to do many leg exercies including calf raises and squats. Plyrometrics is a great jumping exercise routine that will help also.

The main muscles used for jumping are the quadriceps and calves. One exercise that works the quads amazingly is the Squat. And for the calves I suggest standing heel raises.
