"Lemon laws" vary from state to state. Do an online search, for starters. Review your purchase contract as well. Dealers generally are willing to work with consumers to resolve problems. It depends, too, on whether this was a new or used vehicle.

Some states have "lemon laws," so look into that. Your best bet is to refer to the sale contract for the RV about return of the vehicle.

It really depends on the state you live in, and what paperwork you signed when you bought it. Did the paperwork have a return clause (within a month, 15k miles or less, etc.), or did it say no returns, no exceptions? It's best to ask the place you bought from whether they'll take it back before considering legal involvement.

It depends on the contract of the sale. Most states have a provision for a lemon law which allows for cars and vehicles to be returned if repairs are excessive. Buyers remorse is a legal argument or breach of contract on the sellers side, however if it was bought as is then there is little you can do.

Laws on returning vehicles in general can vary from state to state. If you are leasing or renting an RV, there should be a clause in your contract that pertains to returning the RV ahead of schedule for whatever reasons. Talk to the dealer.

Well you should be able to return one as long as you are within the return policy. The law is in accordance to the return policy at which you purchased the RV.

In most states, you cannot return it unless it is a "lemon", with serious mechanical problems that could not be known until it was driven.

This would depend on where you live, and your buyers contract. If your state has no Lemon Law, you have recourse through the federal warranty of merchantability.

Contact the Attorney Generals office and inquire about the lemon laws. Try talking to the store and see if you can work out a trade.

It depends on the state, as well as whatever agreement you signed with the RV dealer. Sometimes, returns are possible, in other situations they are not.
