What is the law in Florida on car returns?

There is no law providing for the return of a purchased vehicle in Florida. Review the sales contract for particulars regarding return, guarantees and related matters.

Like most states the car company requires you to return the car in same condition as when you rented it. Also the gas mileage has to be the same or they will charge you for the difference, In addidtion some companies will charge you extra if you leave the state without their permission

The law is just about the same as in other states but you'll have to contact your car dealership. If you can't return your car, you can trade it.
