What does the error message "ac exe" mean?

I've experienced that problem when I installed a game that my PC does not meet a requirements of that game( I think it's a conflict between the video card and the game). So if you have done the same thing? if yes, you should uninstall that game to resolve it,

Ac.exe is not an error - it is a program. Running it executes the Moleculesoft program Cache, Cookie and Windows Cleaner. All files with an "exe" extension is a program.

The 'exe' means that it is an executable file, a program. The program has named that file 'ac'. The error message most likely means that the program cannot start or has been corrupted and can no longer run.
