What does "parents choice" mean?

Parents Choice in education means equal access to a quality education by empowering parents, increasing choice. In plain English, it means the parents, can move the student to another school if the school sucks because of its poor teachers, its poor teaching methods, and out of date curriculum. It is for the student's lifetime literacy benefit.

In my own opinion parents choice is the choice that your parents wanted you to be but you dont like. And yes it involved in not going to the school, campus or university that you like.
