NEUT in medical terms stands for Neutrophil. Neutrophil is a type of white blood cell, a form of granulocyte. Neutrophils are filled with tiny sacs of enzymes that help the cell kill microorganisms it engulfs.

Thats not a common abbreviation, but my best guess is that you are reading a blood test result and "neut #" refers to the number of neutrophils, a type of white bllod cell. You more commonly see it expressed as ANC or "absolute neutrophil count".
