This could mean anything. There could be a cyst, fibrocystic changes, tissue necrosis due to trauma, a fibroadenoma, or calcium deposits. Cancer alone is hard to diagnose from an X-ray unless it is frankly obvious. It could also be something wrong with the x-ray itself.

At the age of 73, the abnormality of the left breast might be cancer, it is advice to see your GP to find out details.
