It means that a your computer had a problem, and it is asking if you wish it to fix it and send an error report to what ever company made the product that had the issue. It is a really good idea to go ahead and send the report so the companies know what they need to fix.

Whenever the computer goes to a deadlock state, windows tries to come out of the deadlock to return back to normal state. In order to report about the error or the reason for deadlock to the microsoft, windows shows the send don't send debug error.

It means that the software you were using has just crashed. It alerts you that it can either send a mail to the developers or simply close.

It asks permission to send to the authors of the computer program that malfunctioned, some technical information that your computer generated that would help those authors fix the problem in future version of the program so that the same error doesn't reoccur in future versions.

You are receiving these errors because a particular program has run into a problem. By choosing to send the debug error you are allowing the developers to see exactly what happened to cause the problem and aid them in correcting it. Of course giving up this information is your choice.

on PCs when there is an error and a program crashes you usually get a dialog offering to send an error report. if you do that, a report goes into a microsoft database somewhere, though each individual error doesn't get special attention. so it really doesn't matter what option you choose

if this happened on your windows PC,its nothing serious at all. when there is a problem with a running program or the program couldn't complete a task or it has closed itself ,this error report shows on the screen. the report is based on the problem, ready to send ,to Microsoft. you may or may not send it

If your OS/Applications in you PC has script error then this debug error pops out. Go to Tools-Internet-OptionsAdvanced and then Check the box to Disable script debugging.

If you still get the script or runtime error messages after disabling them in Internet Explorer, the problem might be that you have some unwanted spyware and/or ad ware installed on my computer.

In IE, Open Tools, Internet Options, Advanced. Under the "Browsing" heading, you'll see a box marked "Disable Script Debugging (Internet Explorer)" Check it. A little farther down, there is a box marked "Display a notification about every script error. " Make sure it is not checked.
