This is usually an error that shows up on a PSP when attempting to connect to a network connection. It is caused by corrupted cache files on the PSP. You can fix this by removing the UMD and the memory card then restoring the settings in the system settings menu.
Either a broken wifi card or an issue with the firmware on the device. If you have installed custom firmware try to restore the original and if you haven't installed any custom firmware I hope your psp is still under warranty since fixing it yourself will be difficult if not impossible.
It means that your PSP has suffered some sort of internal damage. Considering when the error shows up, it's probably related to your wifi hardware. Is your PSP under warranty? If so, I would send it in.
This is usually caused by some errors in the firmware on your PSP. Try updating the software to start with. If that doesnt solve the problem, Sony might exchange it.
