Maggots are little creatures that feed off of dead animals. Dreaming of a maggot can mean a self-serving person who uses others for their benefit i. e. feeding off of others If maggots are eating you in the dream then it could mean you are being used by self-serving people for their own personal benefit.

When a maggot appears in your dreams, it is supposed to reflect the negitive things in your life. It could mean that the situation you are in is undesireable, messy, or "stinky". It could also mean you are involved in a situation that you are not completely giving it the attention it needs.
