it all depends on how big the house is.and what needs to be done you could look at anywhere from $100 to $175 per square foot.You also need to make sure the second story can support any extra weight from people walking in those areas that are not dead space. or you can use domers

It will cost a lot of money to raise the roof. It will cost more than 1000 -2000 dollars to adjust the roof on your house. What is the reason to raise the roof? If you can avoid it, then don't do it because it costs a whole lot of money.
