This code means "fuel level sensor circuit, high input." You might need to change out your fuel sending unit. But it definitely has something to do with your sensor.

It's a Mode 6 code for a fuel sender unit malfunction. Chances are; if you run the fuel tank toward empty frequently, or live in a salt-belt area, your fuel pump/gauge (collectively a "sending unit") is going to fail in the near future. Filling your tank shortly after running it empty can shock your pump from the cold fuel.
