For a Suzuki Grand Vitara, these are serious heat sensor problems. You can have the same rectified at any local or company branded stores, however the best things to do is to have it completely replaced. Also the problem is linked the way you handle your vehical. So have it replaced and have a safe ride.

From what I found it seems like it means a malfunctioning O2 sensor heater circuit. On the drivers side. It should be the sensor that is closest to the engine.
