A glucose level of 308 is dangerously high. This means more than likely your pancreas is not producing enough insulin to decrease this number to a normal level. This can be accompanined by increased thirst, blurred vision and frequent urination. This is known as Diabetes. Talk to your physician.

A glucose of this level is considered to be high. It could mean that your body is not processing sugars appropriately or quickly enough and it is possible that you could be a diabetic. It is important to seek the advice of your physician and reduce the amount of sugary food you eat.

A glucose level of 308 is really high. It could mean that the person is diabetic. A normal glucose level is more like 90. Definately anything above 130 is something to be concerned about. You need to limit your sugar and starch intake. Avoiding sugar is probably obvious, but starches quickly turn to sugar once they are consumed.

A glucose level of 308 is high and the person who has it is in danger of having a bad reaction. People with diabetes should track their blood sugar and figure out which foods give bad reactions. Sweet and/or starchy things taste great; they can also be life threatening and quality-of-life threatening (via side effects like blindness).
