Many hunters use hound dogs to help with hunting raccoons. I also suggest a good hunting rifle, good boots, and camouflage clothes. You should also make sure you have a hunting vest most hunters wear bright orange for safety. If you go to a local hunting supply store most workers can help you with your raccoon hunting supplies.

To go raccoon hunting all you really need is a gun. A lot of hunters use "coon dogs" because they will tree the raccoons and make them easier to shoot.

To go raccoon hunting you may wanna take some trained coon hounds. They're best for pinning them up in a tree for you to snatch. Also you can use some animals traps and bait. You may want to take some sort of hunting rifle to shoot them with. Other than that take a few snacks and have fun!

To "coon" hunt you will need a headlight with a rechargeable battery. You will also need a coon hunting dog plus a cage and strong leash for it in the back of the truck. Keep a flashight and cell phone with you. Have warm clothing, gloves and boots.
