I tell myself a story. I make it up, sometimes about people I know or situations I've been in. I keep telling myself the story until I fall asleep, and the next night I begin again.
(1)Think about the things done during the day. (2)Start counting numbers from 1 to 100 and vice-versa. (3) start doing prayers. (4) Thinking about good moments of life. (5) Thinking about what is to be the next day. (6) Have a glass of milk.
