How can I keep from falling asleep in the middle of the day?

I can't seem to make it past one o'clock without taking a nap.

Make sure you're eating a good breakfast that contains carbohydrates and protein. Try going for a walk either right before or right after your lunch. You could go ahead and walk to your lunch place.

There are many ways you can stay up without napping. Drink plenty of water, go for a walk or some type of exercise, allow sunlight to enter the area you are located in, sit in an uncomfortable chair, or have your office smell like peppermint.

Make sure to eat a healthy but not heavy lunch. Also try moving around and engaging in a task when you start feeling sleepy to keep energy flowing.
