What do you do as an executor of an estate?

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to making sure that the what was in the will is followed, that the estate taxes are paid. If anyone contests the will, it is your job to figure it out, or to take it to the a judge to figure out.

Your responsible for insuring that the items of a will etc. are given to the correct person and the properties are maintained as the previous owner wanted.
