It is probably too dehydrated or not getting enough fiber. You can get some oral fiber supplements and give it some fresh grass or carrots but no lettuce (causes diarreah).

Make sure your rabbit has plenty of hay in their diet, alongside their regular food. Hay is rich in fiber and will help your rabbit pass healthy bowel movements.

It's really very simple and safe. You just get some tissue paper and put it in the hutch. The rabbit will eat it right up and no more constipation.

Take them to a qualified exotics vet who specialises in rodents for an exam. Constipation can be serious if not treated promptly by an experienced professional. At the appointement, check that you are feeding your rabbit a proper diet, as poor diet can be a cause of constipation among other factors.

Rabbits need a high fiber diet to prevent constipation. You can buy products similiar to gasx and administer them orally to the rabbit at home. Stomach massage may help as well as an over the counter mineral laxative. If it doesn't go away you need to consult with your veterinarian.
