The larvae of a flea resembles a worm that is 1/4 of an inch long. Fleas go through all the stages of metamorphosis; egg, larva, pupa, adult. Larva hatch for their eggs from 2-14 days after being laid. The more humid the weather, the sooner they will hatch.

It looks alot like maggots and fly larvea, in the past it was supposed that fleas had evolved from the flies
