What do I do if my 01 Jeep Grand Cherokee a/c fan motor blower resistor wire connector melted?

First find out up to where the wire melted. If there is any good wire you can cut off the good wire and splice a wire of the same gauge.

Check the physical wiring along with the fuses. Also, verify the ground to the blower motor. Fix anything that is out of the ordinary. If everything checks out, have a mechanic look at it as it could be ready to cause a fire.

You can order the whole shroud assemble off of the internet, and you can find them fairly cheap at your local parts house. But I wouldn't drive it much without that blower motor on, that could cause overheating pretty easily. An alternative would to be run lead wires off it and connect it to a new one.
