Eat more calorie-rich foods. Try to have many small snacks during the day between the main meals. Somestimes adding little salt or spices like chili to your food helps to increase the appetite. Have food even when you don't feel hungry, it helps to built up a bigger stomach.

If you like the way you look then forget what anyone else says, but you could eat more or work out to gain muscle.
