Clove cigarettes still contain tobacco, along with their clove component. Therefore, they are just as dangerous to your lungs as conventional cigarettes. The addition of the clove causes more problems.

Any sort of cigarettes do severe damage to your lungs. Smoking can lead to cancer, emphysema, COPD, and various other lung diseases.
