Replacing a watch battery can be very simple, all you will need is a replacement battery and a small flathead screwdriver to remove the watch back. The screwdrivers in eyeglass repair kits are ideal. You can often find your watch's battery size on the watch back itself, such as 377.

Watch batteries are easy to find and install. On the back of your watch is a "door" which your battery is behind. Find this door, lift it off, and you will find you battery. Go to any store, and match the watch battery with one on the shelves.
