What could cause consistent fussiness when a baby is at the breast?

There are two possibilities I can think of that would cause this. One is that your breasts are so full that the baby cannot latch on to the nipple which would mean they are still hungry and they would then continue to fuss. Another is that they may have gas.

The baby could have a medical issue in their mouth that is causing it to hurt when feeding. Also they could be tired or even alergic to milk.

Fussiness while at the breast could be caused by many thing but the most common cause is the result of gas or the baby having digestive issues. If you notice that he or she wants to eat but bushes away and grunts alot then discuss it with your doctor.

Maybe there aren't latched on properly or they could be sucking and nothing comes out. I also think there is a chance it's gas
