What could cause condensation on air vents?

This is very common, think about when you take a glass and breath heavily onto the surface. It creates condensation. It's the same with your airvents

If the evaporator of your unit is not working properly then the moisture formation can occur in the vents. The condensation may be occuring in the vents due to leaks in your roof or basement.Water could collect in the vent if they sagging.

Condensation will occur anytime humid air comes in contact with a cold surface. You may have too high of a humidity level in your home and need to correct it.

If you are starting to get condensation on your air vents then you are using the actual vents too much.
