Normally a fatal login error is caused by having a compromised SAM database (if in Windows). The easist way to bypass it is to login in Safe Mode (F8) while system is booting, login in typically as administrator then run a virus scan (AVG has an excellent free version).

If the User ID or password is incorrect then the fatal login error occurs. There are some other reasons also to cause fatal error. Sometimes if the Caps lock is on in our computer then that's the time also the fatal error may occur. So we have to check caps lock button.

A fatal login error could be caused by many reasons, most popular is the forgotten password. Also, there could be malicious person and/or software like viruses, trojans and so on, that could change your password or even delete your account. In Windows systems, these software could replace a winlogon.exe program that checks login.

A fatal log in error is usually a sign of a C-Mos virus. Easiest cure is to open up the side of your pc, remove the battery from the C-mos, and reboot. Once it restarts, run your anti-virus software and let if find the issue. Once it is taken care of, power down and replace the battery.

your username is incorrect or you have tried too many times to login with a wrong password. the systems records this failed attempts and protects itself from external attacks by blocking the access to the username that is rejected too many times. you should contact your system administrator to correct this.
